| Visuals tend to be more polished when edited together in the most logical and simplest way. Don't be tempted to try to include every special editing effect that you've seen used. That usually gives the production a tacky and overworked appearance. When a special effect is desired, we make sure that it is appropriate and will be cost effective. Think carefully about the style of voice-over required. Male/female, regional dialect, familiar/authoritative, posh/working-class etc. Actors, Presenters and Voiceover artists are not cheap but remember that your staff are not trained actors. Can they give the production the quality of performance that you want? Another option is to use our cost effective in house voice over artists (Male, Female, English, Welsh etc). Also think about the style of any music needed. Copyright free music is available and this is often more than adequate. Pieces can be specially commissioned through a variety of professional musicians. If copyright music (all forms of recorded music) is required, the fee payable to the MCPS can often be astronomical and there's no way to avoid paying it. Titles and graphics can be presented to us in finished form for scanning or roughly drawn and we will then work them up as computer graphics for you. | ||
